The Challenge
Growpad, a growing inbound SEO agency, was preparing to enter the European market. Despite strong client results, they faced internal challenges:
  • Pricing and profitability were based on intuition
  • P&L structure didn’t reflect the real performance of each service
  • The offer was difficult to present clearly and consistently
  • Financial planning lacked precision, especially at the project level
  • The sales process didn’t fully communicate the value of their work
  • They needed to align their financial systems, pricing, and positioning to support confident growth.
Our Approach
